A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
Paradise Lake Condominium Association was developed in 1981. Our community consists of 281 homeowners and covers over 45 acres of beautifully tropical landscaped green space with ponds and over 150 palm trees throughout the property. We also have our very own Lake Paradise with community dock to fish and enjoy the birds and wildlife.
We are a gated nudist community
Where social nudism is practiced. All our residence require a full background and credit check before they are allowed to purchase or rent property in PLCA. They also must be a practicing nudist and a member of AANR. (American Association of Nude Recreation). We have an excellent full-time condo manager on-site 24/7 that manages our community plus full-time office and maintenance staff. All of our buildings are well maintained and professionally landscaped.
Our facility
Has a total of 233 Condominium and 48 Individual Home Sites. PLCA consists of a variety of one, two, and three bedroom condominiums. Approximately 50 percent of the Individual Home Sites are custom-built houses and the rest are modular homes.
Amenities
Throughout our property, we have a total of 14 Sun Patios with outdoor cooling showers with lounge chairs and picnic tables. We have a dog park plus two mini Pocket Parks with Pergolas on site to rest and enjoy.
We also have a great Community Center that hosts monthly PotLuck Dinners and Happy Hours. We also hold a Weekly Coffee Hour for homeowners to gather, chat, and meet their neighbors. The Weekly Bridge Games are always fun too. There is also a large lending library on the 2nd Floor available for residence that wants to find a good book to read and just relax.
